Summer's Bounty at the Farmer's Market

Lots of color this week at the Greenmarket: blueberries, red raspberries, black raspberries, sour cherries, gooseberries, peaches, tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, carrots, white cucumbers, green beans, zucchinis, yellow squash, wax beans, sugar snap peas, garlic scapes and loads of corn.

Garlic scapes - mildly garlicky, awesome chopped up and sauteed with dark green vegetables like spinach or kale.

Roasted cauliflowers: cut into florets, toss with olive oil, salt and pepper, roast at 370 degrees for 1/2 hour, flip occasionally.
Great for freezing!
